SPR# ATHNCTV84M - Client - Workspace - Fixed an issue where the notes.ini value Workspace_Navigator_Width would get set to a high value after Notes abnormal exit, resulting in users being unable to see icons or drag it back to normal size. Workaround was to set Workspace_Navigator_Width=170
